Account & Security

How do I create a FurnixTech account?

Tap Register on the login page, fill in your name, email address, and password, then confirm the verification email. Once confirmed you can personalise your profile and start shopping immediately.

I can't sign in. What should I try?

Double-check your email address and password. If you still cannot sign in, choose Forgot Password? to receive a reset email. We recommend enabling two-factor verification on your email account to keep it secure, similar to the safeguards promoted on Shopee.

How do I update my profile information?

Go to Setting > Profile and edit your details. Save your changes and they will sync across your web and mobile sessions. For additional safety, review your personal data regularly and remove outdated addresses.

Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Browse any product, select your preferred options, then press Add to Cart or Buy Now. On the checkout page review your address, delivery method, and payment option before submitting the order. The flow mirrors the frictionless purchase journey recommended by Shopee's marketplace guidelines.

Which payment methods do you support?

We accept secure card payments, FPX online banking, and wallet credits where available. Payment options are shown at checkout and may vary by country. Just like Shopee, we encrypt every transaction to keep your payment details safe.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled while they are still marked as Pending on your Orders page. Once a seller confirms the order, contact them via chat to request changes. If the package has already shipped, follow the return steps below instead of cancelling.

Shipping & Delivery

How do I track my parcel?

Visit Orders > View Details to see live tracking from the courier. We surface the same checkpoints shown on Shopee—picked up, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered—so you always know where your parcel is.

What is the usual delivery timeframe?

Standard delivery within Malaysia typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. For made-to-order or bulky furniture, the seller may need additional handling time. We will notify you whenever the seller updates the schedule.

My parcel is delayed. What should I do?

Check the latest tracking event first. If there is no movement for 48 hours, reach out to the seller via chat. You can also submit a support ticket with the tracking ID and we will coordinate with the courier, similar to Shopee's escalation path.

Returns & Refunds

How do I request a return?

Within 7 days of receiving your parcel, go to Orders > Request Return. Select a reason, upload photos if needed, and submit. Sellers have 2 business days to respond. If they do not reply, our support team will step in and help process the request.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, the seller covers the return shipping fee. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays the courier fee. This mirrors Shopee's return policy approach.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are released once the returned item is confirmed received and passes inspection. Wallet refunds take up to 24 hours, while card or bank payments may take 3–7 working days depending on your provider.

Vouchers & Promotions

How do I apply a voucher?

Collect platform vouchers from the homepage or My Voucher. At checkout, choose the voucher under Discounts before submitting the order. Only one platform voucher and one shop voucher can be used per order.

Why is my voucher not working?

Check the voucher's minimum spend, validity date, and product exclusions. Vouchers only apply once per account and cannot be stacked with identical campaigns, which mirrors Shopee's promotion rules. If everything looks correct, contact support with a screenshot so we can investigate.

How do I earn more voucher perks?

Follow your favourite sellers, join live events, and participate in seasonal campaigns. Keep an eye on push notifications—we often mirror Shopee's mega-sale playbook with hourly drops and limited redemptions.

Seller Support

How do I list new products?

Sign in with your seller account, open Seller Centre, and select Add Product. Provide clear photos, describe the item, set inventory and shipping fees, then publish. We encourage detailed listings, similar to Shopee's recommendations, to boost conversion rates.

How do I respond to buyer disputes?

Check the Notifications tab or the order timeline. Provide evidence (photos, courier slips) and reply within the designated time frame. If both parties cannot agree, our mediation team will step in with the documentation you shared.
